As Siva Agama Foundation offers only non-tangible, digital or service-based offerings, we maintain
a strict refund and cancellation policy.

Course or Service Enrollments
– Once payment is made and access is granted to a course, ritual, or digital content, no refund or
cancellation will be possible.
– If a technical issue prevents access, users may contact our support for resolution.

Event Registrations
– Cancellations will be considered only up to 24 hours before the scheduled event, and may be
eligible for partial refund based on discretion.
– No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Donation Policy
All donations made to the Foundation are non-refundable under any circumstances.
